I been going to this office for going on five years I changed pharmacies and when I went in, I told the person checking me in. I told the person checking me out. You shouldn’t have to go through this much trouble changing the pharmacy, but no one never returned my calls and let me know what was going on if it wasn’t for me following through with these two pharmacies that I wouldn’t have had my prescriptions for the weekend. It seems like they don’t care and that’s the job that they’re in to care about the people but the staff the people who do the aftercare gave me no response and I’m truly disappointed in the care that they provided me

Office visits have been good. Dr. Knight actually listened to my concerns, and we discussed several options for pain management. My first procedure was quite painful, though due to no fault of Dr. Knight. Afterwards, I spoke with Dr. Knight, and we discussed plans to help alleviate or at least reduce the pain caused by the procedures themselves in the future. Overall, I was very pleased with how they responded to my concerns and their actions to make future visits go more smoothly. Everyone there has been courteous, caring, and professional.

Greetings,
My name is Michael Mesplay. I have been in a pain management program since about 2012 in Colorado until 2021, then moved here to Arkansas. My medication history will show I have never abused my medication by any means. It will show I never took more than prescribed, and always took them as prescribed. In 2022 I have some symptoms from high blood pressure that I mistook for being caused by my pain meds. (Oxycodone). I then agreed to stop taking them to see if that was the problem. (I found out later it was high blood pressure causing the symptoms)
Dr. Chapman offered me alternative pain meds to opiates. One of them was an addiction treatment medication, which was not explained to me. Once prescribed this medication, apparently it is impossible to be prescribed opiate medication ever again.
I feel this was an unfair decision.

Dr. Price has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, and clear in explanations. My husband (the patient) is optimistic and believes this is the right path.

Received an authorization for injections from insurance over a week ago. Been trying to call the office to schedule for a week now and have only been able to leave one voicemail. Calling all the time and only getting a busy signal. I need pain relief treatments as soon as possible and can’t even get them to answer or call back! I hope I’m not forced to drive there for a conversation!

Do not come here if you're absolutely expecting that you will receive any type of hydrocodone or anything like that. In addition as a cost saving effort I presume they lobster theirselves in the actual hospital and you will get s bill over $100 bucks for me called hospital outpatient services that I was not alerted to and am currently appealing to my chagrin. They will tell you it's about regulation and laws but it says right on their paperwork they give you that it's a clinical decision that they've made on their own. I understand the doctors concern but disagree with his decision in my case and had to move on. Outside of that I can say that the doctor I saw there was again a concerned person even though his opinions of opioids is very negative and I can see why with many people dying from fentanyl and stuff. He was very informative and very kind and the entire staff was very kind and informative to me as well.

I had another procedure done this week by Dr Kraftt. I never met him until that day and I was very impressed by his friendliness and kindness. I've always been treated with the greatest kindness of everyone at Intervention Pain Clinic. Thank you ?
