Called to see if they have a stethoscope. The woman that answered the phone didn't know what that was, proceeded to speak to someone in another language while I was on the line (didn't even ask me to hold, then the call was disconnected. I immediately called back, nobody answered, and I've been on a perpetual hold with awful elevator music for over 7 mins now. I hung up, called back again and got someone this time.
I was told this location didn't have what I was looking for and was given a number to the location that would have it, which was the number that I called to begin with. I'm annoyed at how a medical office/supply store can be so backwards.

I had the worst day trying to get my supplies and a close friend of mine told me about IMS and thank God she did because not only they gave me great customer service but they went out of there way to make sure I received my supplies on the same day! Thank you so much and please do not hesitate to use them, they're real Angels I'm super happy with them!
