Let me start by saying it's my fault that I did not check the star rating beforehand. Dr.Alfonso E.Martinez prescribed my medicine on a Friday and it never got called in. I had to wait until Monday to call the office. I call and left messages at least 3 different times . They never called me back. On Tuesday I called and got put on hold 3 different times until I decided I needed to be rude to them . Apparently that's how you get something done around there because it worked . My doctor order a CT scan for me also. I hope I can get that done asap because I was put on medical leave with out pay from my job.

blood work was ordered. could not get test results, no follow appointment was scheduled. Asked for a prescription for Chantix to help me quit smoking when in the past he would tell me that I need to quit but would not help me He is my PCP doctor. He told me he would call it in and never did. Tried to call about it had to leave messages no phone call back went in and had to fill out a paper still no prescription. This doctor is so fired still going to go in person to get my test results and have my records sent to my new doctor. I am pissed. Never did get RX had to go to my COPD doctor to get the RX.

They lost my past blood work records from 2018,19,20. Recently went in for sick visit, no swab, just sent in z-pack antibiotics. Sicker now than I was 2 days ago. Covid? Who knows! Dr Baker was Rude, argumentative, interruptive, degrading. I have never been treated like that before since I started going there in 2018. I'll be looking for another provider.

Totally unorganised, chaotic, focused more on quantity than quality...A few examples; misplaced my file on multiple occasions, failed to call in medicine after app, (I'm diabetic) took 2 wks, multiple messages & me showing up. I had them print them & took them myself. My test strips have to be called in, it's been a month, multiple reminders & I'm still waiting...

Couldn’t offer less of a review or I would have. Repeatedly called for over a week several times a day could never get a live person past the operator. Left messages on as many voicemails as I could to never get a return call. They get snippy when you get upset that they don’t return calls and even stated what do you want someone to sit there answering the phone all day!

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I can't believe the front desk person. I have never been treated by an office with such disrespect. They schedule numerous appointments to milk my insurance company. Word of advice, "BEWARE".

WORSE IVE EVER BEEN TO, Regarding the new location on 200 behind Sharkeys. the office staff is Extremely incompitent! I think they came from McDonalds. seriously Ill never go back!
