I don't mean to upset the apple cart,but they (internal medicine associates office) needs to update their instructions. There is no 64 jugs of Gatorade on the market today. The lady at the front desk name is Samantha needs to show compassion to those who will be having the procedure. Put it on the form as to how to measure it

My experience with office staff at internal medicine associates is less than stellar. Every time I call I am on hold for at least 15 minutes before anyone answers. When they do answer, they pass you off to someone else who will “call you back.”

Each review read going back years says generally the same thing about office staff. Maybe a staff training would help!

Dr. Tompkins is a fantastic Dr. I had a great experience with him.

Doctor Yunusonvis a terrible Doctor.
He's been caring for my Daughter at the hospital. All he wants to do is accuse her of stuff and not pay attention to her obvious issue's!
A new Doctor, Dr Columbus!
Another one that doesn't care about the health of their patient!
I'm so Happy that my husband and I found another place to go!

I am honestly sad to be leaving a low review, but I feel it is best for other people seeking medical help to be aware of what is happening. Dr. Roy is absolutely great, kind, listens, and truly gets you the help you need. The staff at the front desk is awful. They almost never answer the phones, or you’ll wait on hold for 30 minutes, just to have the phone line picked up, and immediately get hung up on. They NEED. To fix the phone situation. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Ingle and his team were so sweet. I have bad anxiety and they kept me calm and informed the entire time. Usually I'm a hard poke but the iv lady got me first stick. I highly recommend them. I had an upper endoscopy and it was a way better experience than I had at another physicians practice.

Three stars to the medical team.. 0 the the office management.
I have been coming to internal medicine and Associats for 40 plus years, and this past Decembers visit has been absolutely the worst experience ever, I feel like the office staff doesn't communicate with the medical staff. I have had so many issues that I do not trust the front end staff at all. Unfortunately I have to go through them to get my medical attention taken care of. Too bad for the medical staff that are all great. Dr Geronimo Sahagun is a very caring Dr. To bad everyone has to go through the front to get to the medical team. Thanks
