I have never had any issues until today. This morning, I visited the office to request assistance in executing an attestation form confirming that I completed my annual physical and screening in November 2024. This form is required for compliance with a third party that liaises between my employer, me, and my healthcare provider.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a masked receptionist whose name I don’t recall. I explained that I had called the office yesterday to inquire about the fastest way to process the form. Over the phone, I was led to believe that an in-person visit would allow for same-day completion, whereas faxing it would take 2-4 days. However, I was informed this morning that the administrative and office staff cannot verify this information. Instead, I was told that only the doctor who saw me can complete the form. This was not made clear to me during my initial inquiry. Now, six hours later, my request remains unfulfilled.
While I’ve always had positive experiences with the doctors and typically find the staff to be professional and accommodating, today’s experience has been disappointing.

I have been with a DR. Alex Balmir for 2 years and it has been great. He listens, he will send you to a specialty doctor if needed and his office will get you in on the day you call or within 2-3 days. The office staff is great. I have never had anyone rude or disrespectful will speaking with me in person or on the phone. The medical assistant is also friendly and listens.

First the lady who answered the phone for me was very helpful, especially with my limited English. Her name is Cath. The check-in was very friendly, the nurse who examined us was very attentive and funny. Our doctor was very professional and attentive. My husband and I found the service to be excellent.

I highly recommend Baptist Primary Care. There is ample parking, and the office is well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The wait time was short, and the doctor was very professional and explained everything in a clear manner that I could easily understand. The office also has a separate check-out area where you can schedule follow-up appointments, confirm pharmacy information, etc. I have already recommended Baptist Primary Care to my neighbor.
