I have been a client of IHC Home Health in Heber City, Utah for well over a decade. They do an outstanding job of taking care of their patients and are alway friendly and professional. They are keenly aware that many of their clients are dealing with life altering illnesses or injuries and daily discomfort. They do their job with great compassion and bend over backwards to make life easier for us.
In the hundreds of interactions I’ve had with them, there hasn’t been one single time where they’ve screwed up an order or left me hanging. And when you call to order oxygen,
After years of serving their patients, they know us well. They know what things people often forget to order. they always ask if you need any additional consumable like couplers, cannulas, tubing, and all the other little things I always forget about. Plus they always let you know if there are any new or improved products that might help you. They aren’t trying up-sell you or press you into buying stuff you don’t really need. They are just being genuinely helpful.
It is tough to be saddled with medical equipment for the rest of your life. It can be very depressing. However, the good care I’ve received from IHC Home Health in Heber City, Utah has truly helped give me a better quality of life.

Nurse visits helpful to set up medications for patient. Hospital bed and equipment provided. Support for patient and family was nonexistent. Infrastructure for the service connected to Salt Lake and not to Heber city. We will not use this entity again if needed.
