Our family used Interim HealthCare Hospice, for both of our parents. Interim was nothing but wonderful from the very start, everyone was compassionate and caring. They communicated with us and the care home, upon and after every visit. Having Interim as our hospice agency, relieved us of having to worry that our loved ones were being treated and cared for properly, and allowed us to focus on the last remaining days with our parents. Had a wonderful experience with Interim Hospice. I have a family member that has been on services for approximately two months and the entire team has been so wonderful and compassionate. I am grateful to the nurses, social workers and all the staff that has made sure me and my family are doing well during this difficult time.

Unfortunately, I was referred to interim by Sutter Roseville and just accepted the referral. I’m very saddened to say that every facility that my loved one was at where interim Hospice was supposed to be doing their due diligence, each facility from post surgery skilled nursing to a second Memory Care facility and to the third and final Memory Care facility, I was told by every facility how they were so unimpressed with This Hospice company. They acted as though they didn’t want to come out to see my family member. I was told by one of the staff that they observed one of the hospice nurses being very aggressive with my family member. They would say they did care and when the facility staff would come back to my loved one to check on her, it would appear as though nothing had been done. Unfortunately, Hospice did not contact me about the rapid decline that was happening on a daily basis I would call to check in on my family member and then be told what was going on by the actual facility and not the hospice company. Both Memory Care facilities told me they were very unimpressed and actually concerned about the quality of care this hospice company was giving. But because of the lack of communication I didn’t know until it was too late. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere.

Best Hospice Service in Sacramento . My Dad was in hospice for more than 7 mos and their care team esp there Administrator is very friendly and act quickly when I have requests and issues. She is always asking if my Dad need something. I highly recommend Interim Hospice. Excellent service. Thank you for your love and care to my family. It made it easier for us. Keep up the good work

I was referred to Interim when my mother was dying of cancer. Mom didn't have much time left so Interim acted quickly. Before I knew it, they had sent over a week's worth of supplies and an adjustable bed. Their personnel were caring and accommodating too. They even sent over a spiritual worshipper to bolster my mom's spirits.

Even after she passed, Interim sent helpful notes and cards to help me adjust with grieving. Bottom line is - this is a very good company. No frills, but they'll provide great service and advice with a kind smile.

This company charges over $30hr and pays caregivers less. This particular location is a revolving door and management makes promises just for business if they don’t make their quota to solicit they can lose their job so they say whatever to get you in.
There are better agencies than this one do your research before calling them.
