Our family is very happy with Interim Healthcare’s approach to our Mother’s 24-hour care. Over the past year, they have been responsive, patient and compassionate, skillfully adapting to our 95-year-old mother's changing health needs. Susan and Stephen Varghese have always been available to answer questions and their well-organized scheduling system ensures caregivers are prepared for the day's activities.

They matched our mother with three professional caregivers whose personalities work well with our mother’s temperament. Each caregiver provides attentive care, addressing both her mobility and personal needs. They play cards with her, cook her favorite meals, assist with family phone calls, drive her to numerous appointments and join her for meals at restaurants.

I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the much-improved quality of life they’ve helped provide.

Our family is extremely happy with Stephen and Susan's care for our 95 year old mother.

From our first zoom interview in New Jersey, we could tell that Stephen and Susan had a well organized business and reaffirmed that upon our first in person meeting when our mother arrived in Fort Lauderdale on January 4th. Since that first meeting, we've communicated efficiently through text messaging, emails and phone calls to cover easy functions such as billing for our Insurance company, and more challenging issues like arranging within 3 hours to have an overnight aide stay by our mother's bedside in the hospital.

Our needs first started as in-home care for 24 hours, and then expanded to include two 12 hour shifts with rotations that Stephen and Susan handled with different caregivers that all met our needs and concerns for our mother's care.

Stephen and Susan proactively address our home care situation and share their experiences and knowledge with us. We highly recommend them.

I was hesitant to began care because it was very difficult for me to accept that I needed assistance due to my disability. Eventually I sought out care assistance and I found Interim Healthcare Ft. Lauderdale on google. I weighed out different options and after meeting Interim in person it did not take much convincing that they were the right fit for me. Stephen and Susan made me feel very comfortable and secure with choosing them because they were so caring and patient with me. They are also extremely knowledgeable. Just when I thought it could not get any better than that, I met my amazing caregiver. Interim definitely makes you feel like a priority. You can tell that this company cares about the well-being of their patients not only by how they treat you, but also by their selection of caregivers. They are like cupid when it comes to their patient and caregiver match ups.

Stephen and his team of care givers are wonderful! They were responsive and reactive to any and all issues I brought to him. He returned phone calls and/or texts in a timely manner. He worked with me to try to find the best solution to my ever changing needs for taking care of my aging loved one. Although we ultimately opted for assisted living (for now) Interim HealthCare of Ft Lauderdale will be my first and only call should I need in home health care assistance in the future.
