I walked in with the results of my sleep study. Dave explained my sleep study better than my online consultation I had with the sleep study provider. He went through all my options and I purchased a CPAP. He offered better prices than online companies but the best part was the hands on service I received. He sat me down and gave me a tutorial on my machine. I won't go anywhere else for my CPAP supplies. Also great that its a locally owned company.

This company is certainly well named, because they are just fantastic and passionate about making sure that people get the correct CPAP supplies and that someone with obstructive sleep apnea is fitted to the most comfortable mask for them. Kim spent plenty of time with me to make sure I understood how all the equipment worked and taught me how to clean and maintain the equipment as well. They also supply oxygen equipment of all types which I did not need. They love helping people, and I don’t know how a company could have better customer service. I would give them six stars if I could! They very quickly verified that my insurance covered my equipment, which was great.

I waited over a month to hear from another company to get a CPAP that I desperately needed. After research and speaking with others, I contacted Integrity Trx Solutions on a Wednesday at 1630 and had an appointment the very next day at noon! I met with Jeffrey, one of the ITS Respiratory Therapists. He worked hard to ensure I understood, felt comfortable with, and had a perfect fit of all the equipment I started using that night with complete confidence. I returned a week later to switch out the type of mask I was using (my body didn’t like the first one) and I was in and out in 10 minutes with everything I needed and was thrilled. They go WAY above and beyond. This is the only place I’d go as a CPAP user to ensure timely, professional guidance and support.

After 6 weeks of frustration with another company, and no results, I found Integrity and called them. They helped me immediately. They were so nice, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made sense. I can't recommend them strongly enough.
