This is the first time I have experienced service from integrated Home Care services. I received a text telling me he was coming today. And when he came he was polite, professional extremely helpful and courteous. I could not have been more happy with the service we received. The young man's name was Maurice and he was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining how to use the equipment he brought us.

It's the worst possible cpap company I have had to use because of my insurance.
I had to file a Medicare complaint in May 2024 and 2023 because they kept shipping the wrong mask and tubing to my apartment address.
I wish I could give Zero stars.

So far my experience has been great. They communicate very well. They call and let you know what is going on with the order and ask if you have any questions or concerns. Their was a slight issue at the beginning with my order. I called and explained and they corrected the issue quickly.

Integrated Home Care Services charged my Medicare Advantage provider in December 2024 and January 2025 for a medical bed that was picked up on November 4, 2024. Called integrated customer service twice to resolve. Each time started to explain the purpose of the call and the rep hung up on me.

Very disappointed with the communication from this company. They never submitted a claim to my insurance despite me calling over 10 times over a 3 month time span. I asked for a supervisor to call me and they never returned my call. I also filled a contact form through their website and was never contacted. As a result, I wasted hours trying to verify the purchase with them, my insurer and FSA. My FSA was frozen. I would not use them again if I had a choice.

I just called for the first time this company. I spoke to Mr. Carlos with a broken English , and I wrote this because he ask me 5 times my name…my birthdate and my address and still couldn’t get my address correct. He says hold on ma’am let me call the dispatcher….i said sure, long story short he comes back to the phone and for the 5 th time he ask me so this is your new address, I said no it’s not new, my insurance has all that information, why do you have different address, his answer ma’am I’m trying to help you, I’m not trying to g to argue with you. I was wow!!! At this point he place me on another hold and I just went ahead and disconnected the call. Now I understand why they have 2 stars rating. Wish I could had the option of 0 stars. Thank you Mr. Carlos = for nothing. Thank you for your exceptional customer service, so disappointing, my advice don’t use this company period.

Doing business with them has caused me nothing but stress and aggravation and they still never got me the right product after 3 attempts!

This company should be shut down. They are the worst. I will be calling Medicare to file a complaint. I will also be emailing every politician every representative. I know this company needs to be shut down and not contracted through Medicare. I’ve been a paraplegic for 41 years and never been treated so poorly to try to receive a shower chair that would work for me properly And to be safe Using. My doctors, the rehab, the caseworkers the insurance company everybody went above and beyond and there’s been nothing but screw ups with integrated.. They do not care for their patients. We are all just adhered to them and needs to be corrected. They should not be able to treat human beings the way they do four months I’ve been out of rehab, waiting for a shower chair that would work for me after my shoulder surgery being a paraplegic. Fought with fought with them. Finally they said they got them delivered the shower chair. Shower chair attached in the photo.his company should be shut down. They are the worst. I will be calling Medicare to file a complaint. They never receive doctor faxes, orders, or prescription correctly. If you want to have your time wasted when a loved one’s care is on … after four months, they try to deliver me a leather standup recliner. What a slap in the face for someone that hasn’t stood up in 41 years and is trying only to get a shower chair that works for him to be safe. Their employees care nothing about themselves every time you call you are a number. All I have to say please check with your insurance company and see if they deal with this company. If they do, please look for a different company. Trust me I wouldn’t want anybody to go through what I’ve been through in the last four months dealing with this company.
