I recently had an appointment at Dr. Busse’s office , and I have to say, my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, both the doctor and his team were incredibly welcoming and calming. I was really nervous going in, but they made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard and cared for throughout the entire process. Finally a doctor about quality and not quantity. I have been a patient with Dr Busse for hormone therapy and weight management for the past year. I wanted a doctor who looked at all aspects of my health and not just my immediate problems. That’s exactly what Dr Busse did. He treated my whole body and mind to help bring everything back into balance. Because of him I’m sleeping better, my mood swings are under control, I’m at a healthy weight and feeling overall great. Finding a doctor who truly cares is a rare find.

If you are a female looking for HRT I would keep looking. While Dr. Busse was open and understanding for my intake appt the following interactions through the portal were not as such. I felt extremely dismissed with my concerns and his manner came across as condescending. While I feel better- I am not balanced yet and it came across that he really did not have the time to help me . I have found a female provider who is willing to truly listen to my concerns and work with me. He was/is an amazing primary doctor but I truly feel he needs more education on perimenopause and ALL the symptoms that can come with it and not just use what he thinks to be true about this transition to help his patients.

You get what you pay for. You get 7 minutes on average with a PCP. Paul once spent 30 minutes explaining my bloodwork to me. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has a warm, caring personality. I can't recommend Integra enough. The cost is very reasonable in my estimation. If you care about your health and live in the Jacksonville or St Augustine area, this is the place to go.

Dr. Busse and Dhania are amazing. They were able to do a sport physical for my daughter. He explained and answered all her questions about her health and how to take care of you body. Now she drinks more water, tracks her steps and more. She enjoys talking to them about whatever she thinks about. Thank you both for all you do.

10/10 experience! Would highly recommend. Dr.Busse and his staff were so patient with my little kids. He had a technique for drawing blood for my 5 year old, GENIUS! She didn’t even flinch. I could go on and on. 😊

Dr. Busse is an amazing doctor. We were his patients after moving from NY to FL 2016. When he chose to go out on his own we followed. Dhannia is wonderful. They are a really great team. It's like visiting family over there. Dr. Busse is very knowledgable...like an Einstein of wellness. I can't say enough about him. If you want to feel good, look good and get well taken care of he's the doctor for sure!!!!
