I did not go here myself but now I am watching my friend suffer from their poor actions. Her whole experience there was a nightmare , especially from the front desk lady Tonya. So unprofessional and the desk lady purposely changed her appointment time last minute to make it look like she missed her appointment so they could let her go as a patient making it seem it was her fault. The thing is they never answer the telephone, EVER. SO NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE TO THE DOCTOR OR EVEN CANCEL/ OR REARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Save yourself from this place, and look for a real doctor. The doctor is incompetent as well as the person Tonya at the desk. Disgusting behavior

I'm giving a huge shout out to one of the staff members named Tonya. She's absolutely incredible with making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe. She always makes sure to take care of me and relay messages to my doctor while also getting right back to me with the information right away. She deserves a raise! She's one of my favorite reasons I like my Dr office. Tonya is a great asset to instinct health and I recommend anyone looking for psychiatric or psychological help goes here.

The front desk ladies are very kind and welcoming. They speak to you like they know you. I'm not sure why Patricia Garcia is receiving so many negative comments. She has been wonderful with me. Her knowledge and willingness to make the changes I need are great. She is very safe when it comes to prescribing addictive medications. Thank you guys.

I had been going here for over 7 Months and was prescribed an Anti depressant before I even had a more than just a 10-15 Minute interview with Patricia. I even asked her, where is your couch jokingly of course and she said she does NOT do talk therapy so I wondered how can she even persribe ANY Medication when she did not take the time to assess my Issues Like P.T.S.D. Major deppressive thoughts and anxiety. But she Prescribed sertralin (Zoloft) Long story short after I told her the ZOLOFT (Zombee Pill was not making me feel right after 7 months on the drug she simply perscibed Wellbutrin. I tried that for 4 days and felt like I was going crazy. So I eventually called her office and expressed that Why didn't she Talk to me for A few sessions before just giving me Pills? and I was upset after 7 months of NO help and I left a message with Tonya that I felt like Patricia was Just a pill pusher and then Tonya told Patricia what I said and Patricia tried to call me 3 times in a row and I finally answered and she was rude and determined to belittle me so I said good bye and Hung up Oh she did express she took the time to call me on her day off WOW. Now I am sitting here typing this Long story because I am Upset and Left Now without any help.
Do yourself a faver and don't let her waste your time unless you like feeling like a Zombee. I am a passed drug user and the last thing I wanted was to do any type of pills or to be feeling like Dah.
Beware of the unprofessionalism of a so called Psychiatrist that does just as little as possible to get paid. I looked up the job discription of what a psyciatrist does and WOW this office is NOTHING even Close to it. Stay away I am going to report this office to the medical board and my Humana Insurance. And Patricia Do Not call me again !!!

Please do not go here unless you want to be treated as just another patient rather than a human with real concerns for yourself. Dr. Garcia and her staff are completely incompetent and will give you the run around. I ran into an issue where Dr. Garcia and I discussed one thing however her staff was provided different guidance and as a result I was unable to receive my medication after Dr. Garcia and I discussed an entirely different plan and process. I believe this issues was due to disorganization among the doctor and her staff. Her staff also insisted that Dr. Garcia put in a script for me at CVS the day of my last appointment, even though that was not what I discussed with the doctor. I advised that this was not correct and also that no script was put in as CVS never contacted me, which they are always good about and I never received any calls or texts. Today when I go and check with CVS, 30 minutes after having this issue with Dr. Garcia, CVS reports that they have no scripts, refills or any new information on my prescription since I last picked it up. So they lied, once again.

And if you want to talk to the doctor directly to easily fix this issue, her staff refuses and insists they can only relay and receive messages from the doctor.

Along with the organization issues, Dr. Garcia is not understanding, empathetic or someone who will make you feel comfortable in bringing your health concerns forward. From my initial visit she was very off putting and made me feel as if I was making up all the concerns that I had for myself. She needs to get with the times and understand that not all patients are alike. I told her the medicine she prescribed wasn’t working for me and her response was as if I was making it up because “she’s never had any patient tell her that the medicine did not work for them.” Not sure why that would be relevant at all, as every person is different.

This is just a few of the reasons why I would not recommend Dr. Garcia or this office. Find another doctor who actually cares, wants to help you individually based on your concerns and can keep track of what she tells you and what she tells her staff.

If you have an ESA DO NOT go to Instic Health. They are terrified of dogs. I've been going there for 2 years. Earlier this year my Psychiatrist told me see was scared of dogs and to not bring her in. New Psychiatrist told me today that a woman behind the front desk is also scared. What is WRONG WITH an ESA being refused when you need support when you are dealing with depression and PTSD?!

Very bad service. Can't believe this place is still open. TONYA and Dr. PATRICE SANDERS ARE BOTH VERY INCOMPETENT AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE TELLING ME THEY DON'T HAVE HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. I REGRET EVER GOING HERE
