Emilee made me feel extremely comfortable and she took the time to find out what kind of challenges I had dealt with the previous month. She also adjusted any meds I was taking to make sure they were addressing my health needs. I would highly recommend working with her. I lost over 30 lbs with insulin resistance and hypothyroidism, which is very difficult.

They are cost conscious regarding prescriptions which helps. The above paragraph is a bit generic but I have exceeded my goals in weight loss in a surprisingly short time to where I now have new goals. It's good to have someone watching out for you on this journey. Weightloss a something you have to commit to, they are here to help you keep to your commitments. Regular appointments seemed a little excessive when I started but I felt better with more oversight for my health and it is nice to have shorter accountability periods even if it just to yourself. I really do recommend getting help on your journey from these people. Emilie was who helped me and I highly recommend her.

I have been under Emilee’s care for 1 1/2 years. I have lost 52 pounds as of today. She has guided me with tracking my food intake, as well as the quality of food eaten.
