I finally decided to find a therapist. I found inspire4purpose and called to make an appointment. I got a babysitter for my 2 toddlers, I show up at the office and it was locked. I called and the receptionist informed me my therapist canceled. No call, no email not even a note on their system. The level of disappointment. I understand emergency happen. If I would have gotten a call 10min prior to my appointment i would have understood. But they didn’t even give me that curtesy.

It takes some people years to make the first step in getting help. She/they should handle cancellations with greater regard towards the client.

I was so weary about going to a therapist but Altheresa is the best therapist ever. Her team is incredibly nice and professional and I love how down to earth she is and also super passionate about her clients. Everyone please go to her if you need therapy!
