I have been struggling with addiction for 7 years and have gone through many therapists, Carla is the first therapist I've had where I feel completely comfortable talking about my life. Therapy in the past has never worked for me, but since I started working with Carla almost two years ago, I have been able to maintain my sobriety and get my life back together. I have been seen by Carla for a little over a year and absolutely love the insight she provides. She has been my first and only therapist and I’ve heard all of the horror stories about judgment, bossiness, and everything else but I can 100% confidently say Carla has never made me feel judged or bossed around. She keeps it real with you and holds you responsible, while encouraging and supporting you to find success. She helped me through an abusive relationship and divorce to now substance abuse and trauma. Genuinely an absolute professional but never intimidating. Highly recommend her!

I reached out to get help during a difficult divorce, and, what turned out to be, a very self-destructive marriage. My therapist has been nothing short of amazing in helping me grow. She has an incredible mix of kindness and compassion, while also bringing with it a strong sense of reality. That willingness to say what needs to be said, always in a kind and thoughtful manner, is what has built the trust that was necessary to grow. She truly cares and has even pushed me beyond just my emotional and mental health goals, as she has become a huge inspiration in my fitness and physical health goals... Spartan here I come! I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
