The only reason I’m giving any stars is because the “assistant” who looked after me (I believe his name was Aaron?) was extremely well educated, kind, and patient. The rest of the staff was also very kind! No complaints there. However, the “doctor” who apparently is never there (according to Lupe who is in charge of disability paperwork) took over 3 weeks to sign my disability paperwork. By the time he did, I was already walking again and back to work. This is extremely unprofessional on the doctors end, I get that family emergencies happen, but my bills can’t pay themselves and I’m assuming the doctor who runs the place is just too privileged to see how getting behind on disability paperwork can be devastating for people who need their pay checks. I also did not appreciate the fact that Lupe kept changing the date for when my paperwork should be ready, and she also conducted herself very unprofessionally and said that whoever had been looking after me “wasn’t a real doctor” and “if I read his name tag I would know” this was after I asked her if he could sign my paperwork in place of this mysterious doctor. Seriously, I’ve never been to a doctors office where there’s no doctor anywhere in sight.

Had a follow up after an urgent care visit over the weekend and saw Dr. Allen. I got in super fast and my wait time was basically non-existent. Dr. Allen was very kind, informational and made me feel so comfortable with my treatment plan.

Dr. Kollmorgen and his staff are one in a million. I don’t see how those negative reviews accurately reflect his practice and his team. One of the most thorough and compassionate providers I’ve been seen by. From the reception staff to his medical assistants and xray technicians, everyone was incredibly professional and empathetic. Can’t speak highly enough about Dr. K and his team. THANK YOU!!

We had an amazing experience today with X-ray the tech Brandy was so wonderful and kind to my wife! She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was very gentle to my wife when doing her X-rays she explained everything and was so patient! Brandy made my wife feel so comfortable and we really had to leave a review because we were so impressed today! She definitely belongs in healthcare and we can tell she loves her job!

Sat in the waiting area less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kollmorgan gave me an injection in my hip which had been paining me for about 2 years due to a motorcycle mishap. I was unable to get in and out my car without physically lifting my left leg with both hands. Later that evening I went for my usual walk, the pain in my hip had lessen by 95%. I still need to lift my leg getting in my car, but can get out with almost no pain.

Dr. N Hoekzema And the staff here are amazing, after 2 hospitals already denying to perform the complicated wrist and arm surgery the VA sent me here and im glad they did, i was able to have the surgery by the end of the week. The Doctor and staff were very patient and 5⭐️ on the new tablets that are used for checking in and electric signature.

Dr. Lindvall, and his associates are very fine people. They are trained well and know how to take care of a patient. Also, also Dr. Lindvall is a wonderful doctor, kind and understanding. He always has time to answer your questions.
