Sleep innovative sleep centers in Chico has been fantastic I've brought both my kids there within a 3 week period and the sleep text were very attentive and provided for a comfortable stay. They were professional and kind and made both the kids feel welcome they had a cot for me at the end of the bed which was very comfortable. I would suggest them to my friend and anybody else I have a friend going there later this week.

Sarah was extremely informative about the whole sleep study experience. Although it was strange to sleep away from home with all the wires hooked up to monitors, the room, bed and pillows were all very comfortable!
I have had a “home sleep study” and had absolutely no follow up. I had to read my own report.
Innovative Sleep Centers do follow up! I’m glad they got me in!!!

Great detail review of my sleep study . Cindy was very knklogable c-pap machines and answered all of my questions.
I particularly liked how she did not taken answer to a question, but instead left the room to retrieve further information. I am very satisfied with the information received so far and am looking forward to receiving more choices and options in my case.

The place is homey, comfortable rooms, water and washcloths, TV already tuned to kids programs for my 5-yr-old. The technician was incredibly competent, professional, friendly, and informative. Not once did he say “I’ll ask” or “I’m not sure.” He knew it all. He had everything laid out and ready to go before we got there. My son, who is usually very particular and upset by change, didn’t hardly make a peep. I had my own bed, which gave me better sleep than even at home. I highly recommend them.

Marco was great. This was my second study. It is strange to sleep with someone watching you, but Marco and George (my first tech) were really great. They both explained everything and made the experience much easier.

I just had my sleep study done last night, and I greatly appreciated the friendliness and understanding of my tech, Christina. I slept surprisingly well, considering I was in an odd environment with wires hooked up to me, and the whole process was very smooth. Thank you, Innovative!

Today was my first visit to Innovative Sleep Center in Chico... My experience was a 10+... As soon as I arrived for my appointment.The ladies up front, help me and I'm very kind and definitely professional, a quality I appreciate seeing, that is a forgotten moral unfortunately, I've witnessed quite the opposite many times...the lady, Taij, I think her name was, explained everything to me so I could understand what is happening, and what was to come. Her kindness was a 10+ as well, I look forward to returning and I'm just having the full experience with an overnight stay. I feel as though I'll be in good hands. Thank you so much to all of you.
