I have had two Open MRI down here they paid my provider got a bill through the mail which my provider paid...
No problems whatsoever they were the nicest....
I don't understand the other review whatsoever...

Everything went great

We had an absolutely AMAZING experience with the entire staff when my daughter needed an MRI. They were extremely through, patient, & kind in walking her thru everything that would happen for the MRI & allowed me to stay in the room with her in case she needed me. Highly recommend this staff and location for anyone needing an MRI.

Ihave a serious case of claustrophobia. I am supposed to have an MRI every two years. I haven't had one for 20 years. Many medical centers say they have an OPEN MRI, but they do not.
Innovative MRI is the FIRST truly open MRI and I am so happy that I found them. The clinic is very professional and positive. The staff is fast, efficient and fun! Most of all they were able to complete my MRI with me in place for the total session.
Even if you don't suffer from claustrophobia, I would highly recommend Innovative OPEN MRI to anyone. I give them a perfect 10!!!

Can't say enough positive about this place! I was not comfortable with a traditional MRI and am so glad I came here. All staff put me at ease. I could see the ceiling during the MRI, yay!!!, and had beautiful paintings to look at on the ceiling during the MRI. Mark was the best and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the MRI went. I was relaxed during the whole process. So glad the wonderful people at White Wilson in Fort Walton Beach told me about Innovative Open MRI. Can't say enough positive things about the staff at White Wilson, too! Thank you SO much everyone!!

This is the only place I will go for MRIs. I can’t do the closed up mri, and this is like being the cream in the middle of an oreo…you can get out so no claustrophobia!

Clean place, staff is great, they let you pick your music too. I never have a long wait here. And the view while you are in there is great

Today was probably the BEST experience I have had with MRI testing. Normally, I would burst into tears before it even started. im horribly claustrophobic, but not today. Miss Phyllis answered all my questions, and Mr. Mark made me feel super comfortable while testing. He offered to play my music, ((King George)) and because I was so calm, the test didn't last as long as I was previously told 40 minutes to an hour. Hands down, the best!!!

I have been to other "Open MRI's" but a tube is still a tube regardless of the size and length. This place is amazing! I did not feel claustrophobic at all. From the time you enter you are met with a calm, quiet and clean environment that puts you at ease. The front desk staff was amazing and my tech was so nice. He could see I was nervous and made an extra effort to make me feel comfortable and at ease. This has been my best MRI experience ever!

The staff and technicians are excellent. Very caring . They talk you through everything before and during the procedure. I highly recommend Innovative. This was my 2nd time. Both experiences were very well done and made me feel very comfortable.
