Dr. Draesel is absolutely the best chiropractor and physical therapist here in Miami. I feel blessed to have found this incredible team who have taken such good care of me. Just a month ago, after my accident, I couldn't use my right shoulder at all. But now, thanks to the doctor's dedication in finding the best treatment for me, the pain has completely gone. In partnership with Odin Stem Cells and Kimera Labs I received IV and local Stem Cells and Exosomes in my knee, hip, lumbar, thoracic and cervical back and wrist. I also received sonar Shockwave and electromagnetic stimulation with a bit of laser over 3 days. Now we wait 6 months. The staff were great at working with me as we figure out how best to utilize this new technology. Nice to see the needles delivering the cells to the exact right spot with the video tray. Hopefully this partnership can help more veterans get help without surgery.

I've been seeing Dr. Draessel for my physical therapy needs as a competitive marathon runner for over 10 years and am continually impressed by how much he cares and gives to his patients. His clinic has state of the art equipment and his staff is super knowledgeable, shout-out to Jasmel Acosta who is also a competitive triathlete/runner and works there. I've had everything from stem cells to PRP to shockwave, graston, chiropractic, deep tissue body work and more down there. I cannot recommend Innovative Medical Wellness enough to anyone who needs support for their health or for preventative care.
