I was referred to Innovation Home Care by my PCP. My first encounter was very detailed and they followed me through my hospitalization. When i was discharged from the hospital they were at my residence the next day, assessing my needs. Every area of care, from my health aide, occupational therapist, nursing and physical therapist has been exceptional!!! I highly recommend this agency for all your health care needs.

From the initial contact from the office to each and every therapy appointment, my experience has been 5 star. My therapist Kalai has been wonderful about answering all my questions along with explaining everything that needs to be done to get the best recovery possible . Pain is expected after a full Knee replacement but he is very conscience to push me to my tolerance but not past that to where I am in agony .
Can not say enough about this great group . If I or any family ever need therapy again, I know who we will request , Innovation home healthcare !

Our whole team of health care personnel who come into our home so far, Kalai, Max, and Karen are very professional. They have so much patience with my Mother and Father in law. Even though there is a language barrier, they take the time and display lots of compassion and understanding to educate them about their health. Care providers were great , very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were always on time and gave us a text to let us know they were on the way. Very friendly never pressing the time , really seem to care about our needs . Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone who in the need .
