This has been my primary for about three years now. Had no issues when making appointments for my yearly, but when I became sick and needed to visit the doctor ASAP, it’s ridiculous that I could not get in for two-three weeks and they were referring patients to the Centra Care. Not only have I had issues with this office, but many family members have had issues as well. Will be looking for a new primary doctor.

I've been going to Urban health Dr. Gonzales has been my primary care for 10 to 15 years. I love everyone in there. The staff, the doctors, Dr Marino has been seeing me, he is very good and takes good care of me. The whole office is enjoyable atmosphere! They are all wonderful and at your service almost anytime wouldn't change them for nothing!!! They are all wonderful, considerate and caring.

Over all my years of going to doctors I have never dealt with a better office in my life the staff is outstanding and the doctors are so amazing because you actually finally have staff that listens to your care and concerns you have a doctor that cares about you as a patient thank you to everyone for just being you and being the most amazing staff I have ever dealt with along with the physicians ever! Also, Natalia Montenegro has to be one of the most brilliant and beautiful women I’ve ever dealt with in my life in the medical field. She is what people think about beauty and brains and she is all of that and then some! Now on a scale of 1 to 10 she is 1 million. she has the best personality I have ever dealt with. When she smiles she lights up the room. She is extremely personable. She listens and understands and works with you I n your concerns and your needs which even makes it more amazing to have such an amazing woman to work with you and to be on your side and make sure you’re getting better and not just write a script and go onto the next patient. The group of Doctors here have been the best I have ever dealt with and I hope anyone that ever comes here gets the same treatment I have received which is so amazing! Scheduled an appt, and the appt was a month out. I understand that appts are hard to come by so whatever. Appt day, I arrive a couple mins early, and they tell me my provider is not a tier one on my insurance so I call to verify, and my insurance confirms what the woman said so I go up to pay the $55 copay and then I’m told my appt can’t be honored. My appt was at 3:30, I finished paper work at 3:40 and called the insurance and walked back up to the front desk at 3:50, and was turned away to be seen. I’m shocked that they are okay doing this.

Just seen by Dr. Hernandez, I am not easily impressed by many internal medical doctors but I have to say that the buck stops here. This doctor is a five star outstanding bedside mannerism. Professional and shows extreme care for you. Very informative and very well rounded in every area of the health. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for having him in your facility

I have no words to describe how Wonderful Dr. Gonzalez and his Staff Office has been to my Self and my Family, been almost 21years and not planning on changing him. He is knowledgeable and really does Care and takes his time. Unlike many other Doctors these days, He is truly a traditional Doctor that sits and talks to you and truly does show Compassion.
