I recently had to reestablish myself with the doctor, and I was given Dr. Lisa Rosa-Re are. I had a terrible experience. She insulted me in several different ways and it was just a first visit with her. She told me to lose weight when I’ve lost almost 100 pounds this past year. She told me that I needed to buy a good set of shoes even though I had a pair of $170 shoes on. I had Hokas on. Then she’s insisted that I was depressed because I’m tired all the time. I wasn’t aware that she was a psychologist also. Maybe my behavior was different at the end of the visit because of everything I mentioned. Like how would you guys feel? I would not recommend Innercare to anyone unless it’s your last resort. The last few doctors I’ve had have changed clinics and left Innercare. I could understand why. Terrible experience and very unprofessional and presumptuous. It’s very obvious that she didn’t even read my chart!

DR rosary is legit trash…I went in for psychical exam & she didn’t check anything she didn’t even check how my heart or my lungs were doing or sounding. Usually during psychical that’s part of the exam, she legit had me out in two mins when I waited months for my psychical exam instead of her being a helpful doctor her suggestion was for me to go San Diego as if I was bugging her. Doctors should not BE DOCTORS if it gets them upset if we are concurred with our health. She was more upset at that fact that I wanted blood work done she said they dont do that at Innercare. My specialist should be doing my blood work. That’s just BS..I’ve had blood work done prior at innercare to check my thyroid levels and if basic blood work. It’s been roughly two years since I’ve had blood work done and so disappointing to have doctor who doesn’t care about the patients wellbeing.

I've had the best of care whether by my general provider or whenever I've needed a specialist referral. Occasionally, I'll get to see the specialist onsite which makes it so convenient for me. I've always found the medical providers, technicians and staff to be helpful and friendly.

Anytime the subject comes up, I highly recommend Innercare.
I love going there as they're a one-stop shop where I get my lab work, yearly mammogram, sono's, x-rays, pharmacy, dental, and vision care.

The facility is state-of-the-art, aesthetically pleasing and clean with spacious waiting rooms. The other clinics in El Centro make you feel like cattle where you take a number and get into their little sardine-can of receptionist areas.

The only negative experience I've had is with their phone service system, but I just keep trying until I get the department I need.

Arturo Garcia is the worst orthopedic he doesn't care about his patients. My knee is swollen retaining liquid and I asked him to drain some liquid out. I can't walk or stand for more than a hour without my knee hurting or getting more swollen. I've been waiting for 5 months for the insurance to approve my referral to see A REAL DOCTOR and they were supposed to put that it was a emergency and it would of taken up to three days to approve it but to them it wasn't a emergency so they put it as a regular order and now I have to wait longer well of course they're not in pain they have money to survive the don't care . This is the worst clinic in El Centro I suggest u don't step one foot in this place only if u like pain and to wait

My son's appointment with podiatrist Dr. Gostitch was as traumatizing as it was counterproductive. He is the most unprofessional and incompetent person I've ever met. After suspecting his quick dismissal of my concerns, I got a second opinion from Pioneer's and they helped save my son's foot. Would not recommend a doctor who is lazy and condescending to patients.

I’m way beyond grateful with Dr Aziz and staff… they make me feel welcomed every time I go to my appointments, they are very professional and always answer every question that I have, my Primary Dr Arturo Garcia is awesome as well.. I really recommend them all!!!

Call wait time was impossible auto answer kept looping around for 15min. Ring, ring, ring for about 10min, then auto answer for "please wait and someone and back to ring, ring, ring..." Finally an operator answered and she was so unorganized, incompetent and confusing as hell. Seriously, I have never had this issue before. The conversation took over 10 minutes and all I wanted to do was reschedule an appointment. Finally I just asked to be transferred to the department to reschedule and it took less than 3 minutes. It was so frustrating, Innercare I highly recommend you hire a well trained front office receptionist who knows how to manage phone calls and scheduling.

I’ve only had one appointment so far and haven’t had any bad issues at all. Was scheduled to see a new doctor. She called in sick that day. Still I did get to see someone, waited about 5 minutes, and was done within 1 hour. Even having a X-ray taken of my knees. Never met or talked to anyone who was rude. And when I have called always talked to someone within a reasonable about of time. I will be going back in 6 months for my 6 month check up.
