They Don't care about answering the phone they will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes and will make you wait for more then 2 weeks for an appointment.
They should have better customer service with workers that actually care about the patients

I was given an appointment with some Nurce Practioner, waisted my time 1 hour waiting to get service, she was only about 1 or 2 minutes in a hurry she prescribed me something that my health insurance doesn't cover.. they need to be more honest.

Always get good costumer/patient care services with the front desk specially with lucero and , the older security man is super nice and makes u feel even more comfortable .

I had taken my kids with Dr gidor when my daughter was born & my son as well, she was nice at first & just last week they had an appointment and she was so RUDE! My son is autistic and won't stay still and she was getting mad because he kept moving, she forced opened his mouth to put the stick in to check his throat and literally pushing the thing in hard. she kept telling me everything I was doing wrong with him. With my daughter she is very iffy about strangers and she laid her down to check her and she was literally holding her head down with force and my daughter was screaming. I understand they weren't so cooperative but the way she was doing things in a rude, mean manner really bothered me. I will not be going back with this lady who claims she's a pediatrician but has no patience. She made me feel stupid when I would ask her questions or suggest things. Don't take your kids to DR. GIDOR. she's rude and to me seems like she feels entitled. Worst dr ever.

Worst place EVER if I could rate them no star I would. They never have appointments for my baby or they reschedule his appointments like two months later. When I was on the phone with the receptionist I asked her well what can I do and she said “well you can go to another clinic if you don’t like it here “ I can’t wait to change my baby’s doctor right now I’m stuck there because I have a whole problem with my medical 🙁 do NOT recommend it here .

I was very hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews, but I gave it a chance due to how long ago the reviews were AND IM GLAD I CAME! Everyone is so kind and professional. Brenda and Rosa at the front desk are so sweet. The doctor answered all my questions with detail and was professional- I felt very safe being there. He showed genuine interest and concern.
The lady in the back who took my lab results was so funny! (I don’t know her name) I’m scared of needles but she did a great job! Kept me calm and described everything to me when I had questions. There was actually a patient that was rude to her and interrupted us while I was getting blood work done and she was sweet and professional.
Extremely impressed with this clinic.

not my reg doc but i had to get cheap immunizations so i went there. went one day, was told to go in the following morning at 7:30. i went. it was full of people with screaming kids. i waited TWO hours to get my shots only for the girl to tell me they weren't immunizing that day! ridiculous. i also noticed other patients walking in to get services they were told were told they could do on a Saturday only to be informed that wasn't so. But i was the only lucky one that had to wait for 2 hours. thankfully i didnt catch anything while there. I rather go pay 145 bucks at my reg doctors for good service. avoid this place!
