Always an excuse on the doctor's being late...our time is just as valuable as theirs

Due to an urgency I arrived at this clinic without prior appointment and as a first time patient; I was surprised by the speed with which they carried out the registration process taking vital signs, and medical consultation. The whole process was in less than an hour. The clinic is very clean, very well organized, in addition the staff is very friendly and professional.

The doctor did not even submit the medication to the pharmacy after she saw us. It's a much needed prescription. We waited 3 days and it's still not submitted. This is the second time we called so we'll see it it actually goes through to the pharmacy. She also provided poor care, and made it a very uncomfortable experience.

I went for a TB Test for employment requirements and they were super nice and helpful. They told me to come back in 2-3 days to get it checked out in order to see if it was negative or positive. I went back 3 days later and the receptionist in the front waiting room (11/7, Saturday at 11:30 am and she was the only one there) was very rude. She asked me why I went and I told her that I had to get it checked and get a form from them as proof to my employment. She then looked at me annoyed and asked "Ok, tell me why you are really here?". I again repeated myself that I needed a form from them with my TB results. She rolled her eyes and asked if I needed a check up or needed my TB read. I told her that I needed it to be looked at and they were supposed to be the ones telling me if it was negative or positive. She then interrupted me and told the lady in the front (she was checking patients temperature) that I needed it read. This receptionist was unprofessional and rude and was questioning me multiple times on why I was there, even though I told her many times why I was there. If it were not for this experience, I would've given it 5/5 stars, BUT this receptionist was out of line and was beyond rude.

There is room for improving communication between staff so they know who is doing what. There was a looong wait even though there were few patients. They had us waiting an extra15 minutes in the end, just to let us know that they would call us at home. I know they're open on the weekends and that's great but, the service could improve.

Not a place I recommend going to. none of the employees seem to know what the other is doing. The nurse was very rude. She spoke negatively about the way pioneers ER half casted my sons foot yet did a HORRIBLE job herself. They were supposed to call the following day to give us the appointment time to see the orthopedics DR. They never did. The information they give you is minimal. I called Sat. was told yes the Dr. was in and they close at 8. Drove in for nothing the Dr leaves at 5 had to come back the following day.
