First let me say that 2 star is not related to my therapist or even the staff. It’s more because of their procedures. I worked with my therapist for 3+ years. I had a history of abandonment but I knew people will always move on. I decided to stay with inner balance and started seeing a new therapist. On my second session with her I was told I have one last appointment with her. I want to mention that the second therapist was just as great. Inner balance was always understanding with me.

I haven’t been in a good place since Pam left. With the new therapist Krystine, the moment she told me she was leaving I began dissociating. I could hardly pay attention to what she was saying and had to just nod. I lost trust. I’m not sure what’s causing everyone to leave but it’s not easy.

Hopefully I can find a new one who was like Pam or Krystine. But I’m done with inner balance and I suggest re considering before coming here. Tired of crying because the person who’s supposed to help me keeps leaving me.

At the end of the day, to administration all you are is a number that brings in money from your insurance. If they cared about my well being they would have put me with a therapist who wasn’t in the process of already leaving.

I’m sorry for the two stars but at this point I can trust that inner balance is looking out for my mental health. Nonetheless thank you for taking care of me the past 3 years

I cannot speak highly enough of my therapist Pamela Henning. She has truly been a lifeline for me as I navigated some very deep-seated trauma over the past year and a half.
