First the Inn is adorable and grounds are srsly breathtaking! One of my favorite parts was eating on our patio. Other guests bbq and there is river access from property. Pull up parking is convenient and hassle free. Accommodations are a bit tight but charming and enough. Thoughtful touches like a a shower cap which I forgot (there is a hair dryer) bagel toaster, plates, silverware and drinking glasses/coffee mugs came in handy… and the best part, a cute tub you can place your dirty dishes in and outside the room for clean ones to appear! Complimentary water bottles aren’t always provided these days so 4 was generous and perfect for our days out. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The owner is on site and loves to swirl cotton candy from an authentic machine. Will be a big hit for families with kids… small or adult size like us 🙂 We’ll definitely be back!

My family was celebrating a major birthday with a weekend away. The Inn at the Russian River was perfect--right on the water, including a dock (which the kids loved), chairs, willow-trees, and a great view. Kayaks were available, but so was relaxing...
The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed--great for a family retreat.
The staff was beyond accommodating--making us welcome in every way--including a fireplace, s'mores, cotton candy, and popcorn. And the essential coffee.
Also a great binder with things to do and places to eat.
Highly recommend.

My family and I had a great experience at the Inn on the Russian River! The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk to Monte Rio beach and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled with my (soon-to-be) 2-year old son and they gifted him with a stuffed bear which he absolutely loved. The rooms themselves had everything we needed and the communal BBQs made for a great experience having a nice BBQ dinner by the river. We will definitely be returning!

My wife and I were looking for a new place to visit and The Inn on the Russian River didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect quiet, nice river view from the room outdoor fireplace and sitting areas to enjoy nature and river views. Convenient store across street and you can walk out back of Inn to access river, so not much to do in town but to relax perfect for us, but 20-30 minute drive in any direction gave you plenty to do and see. The manager Cassidy was very helpful in giving recommendations for food and points of interest and makes great cotton candy for those who stay their my wife and I will be returning for quiet getaway again.

We loved our stay here. Cassidy made us feel very welcome with cotton candy, popcorn and s’more kits for the kids. Our room had beautiful views of the property. Felt like a little fairy world. The beds were also very comfy and everyone slept great.

Clean, charming, quiet inn by the river. The front office is very helpful, and the property is gorgeous. Lots of communal spaces to gather around a firepit, of sit on the dock by the river. I had originally booked somewhere else and that inn was just not up to standard. I was much much happier with my stay here. They also provide a binder of food and activities in the surrounding areas organized by driving time which i found extremely helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! The Inn on the Russian Rover offers the perfect Inn experience. Wonderful, hospitable staff that make you feel like you’re staying with a friend, but with plenty of privacy. The kids got hand made cotton candy and fresh popcorn daily–they were in heaven. The location and shared terrace is beautiful, it really is such a special place!

Lovely stay at the inmate Russian River. Rooms are nice and clean. Hosts are the most gracious and kind people. Lovely added amenities like music and popcorn: smores and the patio. Patio by the river is a relaxing place to enjoy some wine and the river view. Close to Duncan Mills and the Sonoma County coast. 💜
