Dr G is my primary care doctor. I always get excellent care here. The doctor and her staff respond quickly to calls, prescription refills and requests for referrals. I am so glad I changed to this office. I have been a patient for about a year now. I highly recommend Dr G!

Horrendous administrative system. Even though I've correctly given my insurance information to cover for services, their admin staff have already incorrectly submitted claims that make me liable to pay (thousands of dollars). I've had to call them to correct the fault. It's happened with my blood tests and x-ray diagnostics. I feel that they're purposely trying to get more money out of you. I'm treated like a customer and not a patient in need for healthcare services.

For virtual appointments, they give me ambiguous time slots for the Doctor to call me rather than a confirmed appointment. For basic inquiries, I have to call them vs the ability to message the doctor directly. This is ridiculous.

The Dr office called me the day of my appointment to tell me that the DR had an emergency and had to reschedule my appointment. But the sooner they had Was tell the 27. The receptionist did not care. I’m making my appointment for a reason that I need to see the Dr. Why can’t we find any good Dr anymore that care and there receptionist too. Don’t bother to make an appointment here. Good like

12/18/2023. This office is absolutely the worst possible. They don’t answer the phone and never call back. My wife needed a referral but couldn’t get one because she couldn’t reach the Dr. Went to his office and it was locked. We changed doctors. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!
