I wish I could leave a review without giving a star because this company deserves 0. I've been waiting for a wheelchair and a nebulizer for my mother for over a month. At first I believed them when they told me they hadn't received the information from the Doctor's office. now today, over a month later, i'm getting the same BS answer yet The Doctor's office has provided me with proof and receipts that they did their job way back in December.
Luckily, my mother's insurance is accepted by other DME carriers because it looks like I'm going to need to find one... especially when we're dealing with nebulizers and oxygen In home medical sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm down here visiting my Dad. Woke up this morning and noticed my CPAP mask cushion was torn. I called around. First two stores didn't have a store front. I went to another store but they didn't have what I needed. He referred me to InHome. They had what I needed and then some. The employees were very helpful and as friendly. Thanks for helping this old man out!!

I’ve read three negative reviews about Linda, I am adding a fourth bad review. She is condescending, rude, and overall disrespectful. Whoever owns this business should do intense customer service training with this woman. She spoke to me like I was a five year old, with little to no understanding of how my own insurance works. Linda you were speaking to someone with a masters in business administration, from Forbes. You made a mistake. Moreover, all that should matter to you is making your customer happy, that starts with respect and kindness. Shame on you.

Everyone I've dealt with at this company has been superb, exhibiting the highest level of customer service. My first contact a few months ago was with sales representative, Jennifer, whom whom took time to explain what was covered by Medicare and answered all of my questions. Jennifer is the bomb. Not only did she make things simple, she's a really nice person with a great sense of humor. I wouldn't go anywhere else for DME.
