Love Dr. Valentine. He cares about his patients. My only problem is the other staff. Front desk staff in the waiting room. They talk so loud that you can't hear anything else. Talking about throwing up and the stomach bug. Really? That's what I want to hear while waiting for the doctor? They are not professional at all! Then they take a couple of patients back at once, and you have to hop on the scale in front of the other patients! Strangers are watching me get weighed, then I'm standing there while they get weighed. Please show us some privacy and respect.
