I had such a great experience with my first appointment. It's like night and day compared to my previous primary care provider. I highly recommend this practice.
I saw Munchoff, and was very impressed. The exam was comprehensive, respectful, caring, and they seem to value patient preferences. Their online portal made it easy to fill out forms ahead of the visit online. Their decor inside is welcoming, stylish, clean, almost like a spa. They are available for appointments with short notice if sudden needs arise. They do their labs in-house, at their facility.
I got recommended screenings without having to ask for them, like I had to do with my last provider. I got referrals to the specialists that my last provider never offered. I was offered a follow-up appointment to go over the labs, whereas my previous provider never offered that time.

All of the negative reviews are completely fictitious. Brand new beautiful office filled with young, professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable staff. Best doctors, nurses, and MAs that I've seen in a healthcare setting in a long time. I could not recommend Infinity more highly. They are responsive, ALWAYS answer phone calls, respond online via their website extremely quickly, and I completely trust in my doctor's professional opinion because I've seen the results from changes I've made to my life (i.e. medications, etc.). Many of these reviewers are commenting on the previous organization associated with Infinity but this is an entirely new experience. Please ignore any negative reviews and contact Infinity Health. I personally guarantee that you will not regret doing so!

This group is 1,643% better than my last Doctor who seemed more interested in getting me out of the room rather than help me with my issues. Dr. Byron and the staff were simply amazing and treated me like someone they wanted to help feel better about me. I would easily recommend them since they talked to me and not talked around me. Even when the took blood, it was the easiest experience ever. The nurses were exceptional and the receptionist was a funny person who set up my appointments with ease and accuracy. Thank you for being you.

I used to see Dr Moher and he was fantastic, when he wasn't available I saw Emily. I was never notified of their departure, now Moher's new practice doesn't take any patient.
I had walking pneumonia for several weeks and had to be seen by a doctor. Their phone did not work for an entire week and I tried to contact them electronically and got nothing. When finally I got an appointment I was assigned a new NP, I was made to walk to the very last examination room, I was extremely out of breath and my blood pressure was taken right away. I was sent home with the appropriate medication. Mind you this was a Friday afternoon right before they closed.
Before I picked up the prescription the NP called me and said he just realized my BP reading was extremely high and prescribed me a very strong beta blocker.
I went to the pharmacy, only the beta blocker had been called in, not the medication I needed to relieve my breathing and pain. The pharmacist took my blood pressure which was normal, made me stay another 20min, took it again and said that they would rather I talk to a doctor before I take a beta blocker I probably don't need. Of course I didn't need it, I had asthma and pneumonia and my BP was taken after taking a brisk walk.
I had to get telehealth to get treatment for which they would only prescribe antibiotics since they couldn't hear my lungs, no steroid inhaler like the NP wanted me to have but never called in. This was a fight, and it felt like he was reckless with my health. The reason I saw Moher was asthma. You simply don't mess with pneumonia in an asthmatic person.

Two years later I receive a bill over of $200, they did not properly bill my insurance and would not understand how to properly bill it. Given my history with them I believe they decided to just give up but they made it sound like they were just not billing me anymore. I don't care. I paid my copay, just bill my insurance properly and get your money, but don't act like you're doing me a grace!

I like most patients have been with Escalera Health for many many years. I can say that the new transition has been towards an even better direction Dr. Byron is by far one of the most intelligent and comprehensive practitioners. He takes his time during each appointment and it’s never rushed. He is a great listener and his approach to treatment is to diagnose the problem and treat it not just the symptoms. I highly recommend him. The staff are absolutely kind and friendly and prompt.

I have a medical condition that requires my medication. I have had issues with them delaying sending in my prescription refills and or not doing it at all. I have been without my medication for over 5 months and when messages are left on their voicemail asking for them to return my call so that I know if and when I can expect them to refill my prescription I get no response. The staff is pleasant enough so if that's all you're looking for this might be your place but if you have a legitimate medical condition that needs treatment I would go elsewhere.

I have nothing but the highest recommendation for this center and specifically Dr. Byron. I have tried many different doctors in different states over the years and I have never been taken care of like I am here at Infinity. They actually take the time to talk and find out more about my health overall rather than just prescribing me anything to get me out the door. I truly feel like this is what a doctor experience should be. I look forward to more practices adopting this approach to overall health.

I just had the best experience with Christen Munchoff, FNP. Apart from getting an appointment fairly quickly, her bedside manner is wonderful and she was very thorough. I felt very comfortable during the appointment and look forward to coming back. I would highly recommend seeing her.
