WOW, I feel so Blessed to have found Such a Magnificent Doctor. I have never experienced such truly encompassing Physician. The doctor strives to see every detail of each patients body. She has answers and offers awareness of the entire anatomy. Dr Pierrilus Works Family Medicine as though each patient IS family. The staff in this office is also Warm while being Medically Knowledgeable And Proficient.

My mom is 85 years old and was denied care and medication after her first visit because she didn’t have an ID card. Mind you, we had all other documents to prove her identity, but she was still refused care after her first appointment. I even gave them the information to the previous doctor she saw for several years before we moved to Florida. I asked if they could refill her medications, especially for her epilepsy, but they told me to go to urgent care. I am appalled and frustrated because they had no problem accepting authorization and payment from her insurance. The insurance company even called and asked if they could make an exception this one time so that my mom could receive her medication, but they still said no. I finally received her birth certificate from her home state so that we could obtain her ID card, but I have changed my mom to a different PCP. I refuse to support a PCP who would deny an 85 year old care because she didn’t have any identification card at the time. Some doctors forget how to be human after a while and I sincerely hope that my mom’s former doctor learns how to show compassion in the future.

Dr. Pierrilus is a throwback to the time when medicine was truly between doctor and patient. I have never experienced such a caring and communicative physician in my life. At this doctor's office you receive care that is concierge level without the concierge price. I'm absolutely impressed on every level, not just Dr. Pierrilus as a doctor but as a compassionate and caring human being. If you want a physician that truly has your interests at heart, you have found her.
