I would not recommend this doctor to even my worst enemy. If you want quality care I suggest you find another Dr to receive it from.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Doctor's office, if you can even call this place an office. Dr. Svidler rents one room and an old storage closet that she calls an exam room out of a laser hair removal clinic.

Don't worry though because first google maps will send you to where the old office is first which is a street over.

When you arrive in the "office" the laser clinic staff want NOTHING to do with you and are very unpleasant to interact with. Dr. Svidler's assistant then takes you into the exam room, which again is in a storage closet. There was barley enough room for me to stand on the scale that was smushed between a filling cabinet and the wall.

Then I met Dr. Svidler who had perhaps the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. She told me my shoes were dirty, I said they were my work shoes and she told me to get darker shoes? I came for medical advice not shoe advice. Then she gives me a flu shot out of two different bottles? I had some over concerns like seeking a referral and she told me I had to do the research on who give us referrals ands then she would write one.

Then to top things off when I paid my copay, she gave me change from her personal wallet. Talk about unprofessional! I couldn't even get a legitimate receipt to submit city option to get reimbursed. I have filled a complaint with Blue shield and called the Hills Physician Medical group. The Hills Physician Medical group won't do anything until the insurance provider investigates, so they are happy to have bad doctors in their group it would seem.

Again this is not a reputable doctors office and I do not believe one can receive quality care from Dr. Svidler. Especially alarming to think that insurance providers are sending patients here. I send a lot of money on my insurance and I am shocked to see this is the kind of care that they say is available to me..

Absolutely a wonderful doctor, disregard everything else you've read. I was assigned her through my insurance and after reading the reviews was left feeling reluctant to go. Nothing could be further from the truth. Very professional, compassionate, thoughtful and caring doctor who I'd recommend to anyone.

I went to this doctor assigned by blue shield. When I arrived Dr Svidler refused to see me. I showed the office my plan info info and called blueshield who verified on the phone to them I was insured, but they continued to refuse bc they hadn’t put my data in their system yet. It seemed this office would do whatever they could to not do their job. Given this is their general attitude how could I trust them with my health care? Avoid.

Dr. Svidler and office staff are beyond incompetent. Never trust their medical direction and consultation. They will dismiss one’s concerns and cast the blame on the patient. I’ve already filed a grievance with my health insurance. Their medical license should be revoked for absolute negligence in this medical practice.

Dangerously incompetent is the only way I could sum it up. Can’t read basic EKG, relies on the machine to read for her, doesn’t understand when medication is contraindicated, prescribed antibiotics over the phone without imaging and with no improvement afterwards. Most importantly she has no inclination to act when situation requires immediate attention and not providing such significantly increases morbidity and mortality of the patient. Does not ensure appropriate follow up. I am dumbfounded she actually has a medical license. The only reason she is still in practice I could only explain catering to elderly, Russian speaking population which prevented any filings of malpractice or negligence. Avoid at all cost if you are looking for somebody with knowledge of medicine.

All she cares about is money. Absolutely cold hearted. No sense of urgency. Completely incompetent. Worse doctor I've ever had. She should quit because she has no compassion in her practice.
