The ladies that helped me at this place are awesome. I had a situation where I needed my new bipap machine at the last minute due to changes I found out about in my insurance. I was going to have to pay more for my equipment if I did not get it that day. Megan and Savannah hit a home run and were able to squeeze me in and had the exact equipment in store that I wanted! They normally need more than a day to handle new equipment, but told me they were willing to try due to my situation and they really worked hard to make this all happen. I highly recommend using McAbee Medical as their employees really care about their customers.

McAbee Medical is having manpower problems. They lost two delivery drivers and the service department is down to one technician. It is now an eight to twelve week delay for repair service. Not good for a company noted for great service. I have used them for over a year and this is the first hiccup I have ever had. ☹️

My husband purchased a replacement strap for his Cpap machine from McAbee Medical earlier this month. Within 2 weeks it was coming apart and shedding although the original strap lasted several years. They refused to refund his money claiming it was because of Covid although my husband pointed out that Covid was irrelevant when he purchased a new strap but got one one that was obviously used. They did give him another one but he had purchased one on Amazon for about half the price that was actually new since he no longer trusts McAbee Medical to provide quality merchandise.

Went in to get a strap for my cpac! Brought it home and noticed next morning had little black spots on pillow(it was falling apart)! Took it back and they pointed at sign that said “ no refunds”!! I believe it had actually been used then returned! They then had the audacity to try to sell me another one🤬 TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!
