I purchased their latest 380 model cash. No financing. I noticed issues right away and reported it to them. Instead of offering me a replacement they asked me to call customer service and had to wait days for them to get back to me. No replacement was ever issued. Horrible service for a product that is so expensive.

Complicated pre scan protocol makes getting consistent readings hard and kind of made this thing useless for me - you want me to skip my morning coffee? Uh no... No working out or eating hours before my scan? When am I supposed to do it then? And this means my readings were never reliable. My gym got a Fit3D scanner and that thing is awesome!
