Generally speaking my overall experience considering the need for this treatment was good. The experience with the staff was great, they were friendly, smiling and easy to talk with. They answered any and all questions I may have had. They were sympathetic to all the patients needs and showed great concern for their comfort.
My only negative comments deal with one employee. A male technician, who is a traveling technician, who was a new arrival, I found to be very unfriendly, aggressive, distant, and confrontational and an overall bully, his body language was challenging. He showed a complete lack of empathy for the patients needs, conditions, experiences. My treatments with him in attendance were very unpleasant and stressful.
These were the same feelings of another patient whom I had the occasion to discuss our experiences with. He told me this employee scolded him for him being late, to the point that made him so uncomfortable that he informed this employee that he made him nervous during the treatment and to step away from the table.

I like many had received the notice of having to treat cancer after being diagnosed of prostate cancer. From the awaiting in the lobby to even my following treatments to remission And follow-up, have received nothing but professional and courteous reception and treatment. I can say if there is anywhere to receive this care, I would recommend here for the up-to-date and professional service.
