When I came here after a back injury at work, Dr. Mulvaney kept reassuring me that my injury was temporary and that I would make a full recovery. I lost faith in him and stopped going before my last appointment and I'm so glad I did because he probably would've released me back to work with full duties. I got an attorney who referred me to a different doctor and the other doctor ordered more extensive studies that led to me finding out I had a herniated disc and possible nerve damage. I feel betrayed and resent ever putting my trust in Dr. Mulvaney so with all that being said, trust your instincts and be careful with doctors not taking your injury or care as serious as it should be.

This review is targeted to DOT drivers. Don't visit this place to do your DOT physical. It is more expensive then other options in Imperial Valley. Furthermore the doctor is not a native English speaker nor does he try to elaborate his message in order for you as a patient to understand it.

First time patient. staff is very friendly and professional. wait was not long. place is extremely clean with sanitizer bottles in every location. The physician is quite knowledgeable very nice and explains everything in great detail. your in good hands in this place no need to worry.

The nurse wrote the time of my appointment wrong and did not want to be responsible and they wanted me to pay again for a TB test.
Very rude secretary and the nurse didn't even want to come out and tell me her mistake directly.

This doctor, Mulvani needs to be a veterinarian, he has no human emphaty, I told him I couldn't drive or work and he said that's between you and your employer ,I guess that's how they treat their people in a 3rd world country no feelings at all. I believe he is a sell out to the workers comp.Really bad experience, no good!!!!!!
