Got my order earlier today. Snakes arrived safe and sound. The heat pack was pretty cold in less than 24 hours might need to add more shipping in winter months. Also the baby was out of his cup and just hanging out in the box. At the end of the day I just wanted them to arrive safe and healthy “which they did” so I have nothing to complain about. Beautiful healthy snakes. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I have been in the store a couple of times. The staff is super friendly and answered any questions we had. We ended up purchasing a uromastyx from them a few days ago. I highly recommend!

There is a wide selection of beautiful reptiles and amphibians. However, I cannot buy an animal from here in good conscience. Many of the enclosures are terribly lacking in space and enrichment. Some of the frogs have only a paper towel and a bowl of water. Most snakes are kept in tiny boxes with no enrichment and barely any space to move around. Please improve their habitats.

On January 10th my mother and i came in to purchase our first red footed tortoise. Its february 5th and hes dead. We took him to two different exotic vets and they both confirmed that this turtle was sold to us sick already. We were also told by the owner of this store that we were doing everything right and taking proper care. Exotic pets only start showing signs when they’re really really sick. I called the place and they said they have this policy that when a pet exits their store is not their problem anymore. Well duh, however if you are looking to purchase an exotic animal this is the last place i would go to. I spent $1,300k including vet bills, food, tank, etc. What a waste of time. You guys are horrible.

We came here looking for a certain breed of tortoise and although they did not have any in store (yet, will in a month) - we were not pushed to purchase any other breed - just given GREAT info for the breed we wanted and added to their waiting list. The environment is clean, open, and well organized. Nick was our associate and he was very informative and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back in the next month to purchase what we’re looking for as opposed to searching anywhere else sooner simply because of the amazing customer service and care we experienced!

Bryan was AMAZING & very knowledgeable. I just got my first Bearded Dragon so I purchased crickets from Imperial and it was an easy process with Bryan. Super nice and patient guy!
