Excellent customer service! My son came in for a MRI after a sports injury. From start to finish the staff was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great experience not only as a parent but for my son. We had the pleasure of interacting with Manuel and Perla. Manuel explained the whole process and definitely made my son feel at ease. When we were handed over to Perla, we were met with the same great attitude! She made my son feel very comfortable and made sure all his needs were met for the overall best experience possible. I explained to her we would need the imaging for his Radys specialist and she went above and beyond! Gave me all my options and detailed the entire process. I can’t rave enough about how excellent they all were! I would highly recommend this location and their staff! Thank you!!

I had to get some X-rays done but I was pregnant and I was told that I had to wait for the second trimester to do get them, I postponed the date a month and a half more and attended at 15 weeks and they denied me the service again saying that the second trimester begins at 20 weeks and then they said that for "policies" I have to wait until 20 weeks, that the "technician refuses" and the front office staff behaved very rudely and made me faces saying that it was on me if I wanted to hurt my baby…
I ended up going to ECRMC, everything was good and fast!
Go somewhere else if you can.

There was not an option for zero stars! The place has a very dry DGAF ATTITUDE they sit you down for hours picking and choosing favorite clients with no kind of order what so ever. Typical Imperial valley health service. Sorry at best. One suggestion: the receptionist's play favorites so be aware of your position, or better go somewhere else!

Had us waiting 3 hours for nothing. Horrible attitude from the miserable lady at the front desk. This is why the valley has a bad reputation when it comes to healthcare. Because of businesses like these.

Attempted to book an appointment for mri several times they refuse to without an order although my insurance doesn’t require it. My doctor faxed them one anyways. Imperial radiology fax machine doesn’t work apparently and they still can’t book me an appointment after I showed email proof my doctor faxed them an imaging order. Front desk has been extremely rude and difficult to work with throughout the whole process. Some customer service training for the front desk might help them have better attitude with customers. Go somewhere else if you can.

Why? No appointments? Ridiculous wait times are mentioned in many! Reviews. I was going to use your facility but I will tell my doctor why.

All of the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful, the xray, and ultrasound tech's made me feeling very comfortable during the procedures. It does get busy there, but everything does in the valley, but they manage the appointment time exceptionally well. AAA+++++

The wait time of 1-2 hours for walk in x-rays was not accurate. I waited 3 hours for a 3 minute X-ray. Absolutely ridiculous!

Update!! Just went back for an MRI. The technician was so kind and made the experience as comfortable as possible.
