This place is a very blessed place every time that I go by I see everybody motivated and helping each other out the staff seems and looks very polite and are willing to help anybody out the residence there seems so peaceful so happy Soulful of joy I believe everybody does a good job there and therapy does an excellent job I also would love to acknowledge faustina Fabiola siordia for her energetic and hard-working exper everyone continue your hard work and dedication and continue serving those people there and continue being that miraculous blessing God bless you and keep up the hard work

Upon my first visit to see my mom on her birthday to mend fences (group of 6 my young daughter and grandson) I was appalled at how she was wheeled in almost appearing unconscious hanging out of wheelchair her foot being drug and her arm she can’t use bent awkwardly with no sling. And her head uncomfortably on the metal bar. I will be the first to say my mom is unruly when awake but she is a human not a rag doll. The people seemed nice to our face but only the woman at the desk seemed to have compassion for my mom and me. Like she was a person. I’m not sure yet how I feel about her here, other than being afraid. But I pray she is being treated like they would treat their own family.

Well 3 wks later and still I have no faith in most of the staff Jessica the social worker and Leslie at front desk are always compassionate and caring. I have no doubt if I was not involved like before she would not be getting proper care. Still even with numerous complaints, pictures of things I catch when I’m there and calling public health I still worry about my moms care and how she’s being treated. My mother was a cna and cared for terminally ill patients it’s so sad she almost seems not human to them ( how I feel)

We are so thankful to IH's staff for the wonderful care, support and consideration shown to my Dad and our family. The nurses/care givers there are so considerate and wonderful: Sade, Jessica, Claudia, Ashley, Stephanie and so many others that treat Dad with so much love and empathy. Darrick and Johnny, thank you for everything! Your staff is making Dad's last days as comfortable as possible, and we are forever grateful for that. God bless Imperial Heights!

My mom had to go there for rehab and wasnt even there a full week ( I think) and she got pnuemonia and had to go to the hospital my sister says she's not taking her back to that place ever thank God! Maybe they should spend more money and time to fix that place up and get better qualified staff to take better care of their patients

Poor communication with the front desk, asked to speak to admistrator and never called me back. If you want to speak with a patient forget it. They have one hospital phone for the entire facility, so it's either busy, or the phone is in another room and the connection is horrible. The facility is a representation of poor administration.

Never let your loved ones get close enough to that place. Very limited do not allow people full internet access even though they have wifi. Communications for patients out from there is very very limited. One landline phone for who kows how many people. Not GOOD!

They are caring and helpful. My mom is always clean and we'll kept. Staff work very hard to keep up. Thank you staff

Never send family here. They choose to refuse patients that need healing or rehabilitation. They'd rather have bed fillers they can abuse and neglect to bleed funds from.

Send someone here they are going to die.
