I've been here as a adolescent and I had a great case manager and therapist. I remember getting in trouble with the law when I was young and they would visit me in juvenile hall. They fought for me in court and somehow got all my family together to also show up in court to show that I have a strong support system. My case manager saved me from going to placement for a year minimum. He would visit me at school or if I was out and about after school somewhere he would show up. I felt like they honestly cared about my well being. I went as an adult just a couple of years ago. (I'm 26 now) and when I started attending they kept changing my case manager and when I seen the psychiatrist he said there was nothing wrong with me and anybody in my position would feel sad or upset. I stopped going altogether after that. I'm going to try to give it another go because this county doesnt give too many other options for mental health. We have to start doing something as a people if we want things to change around here. (Btw I haven't been to the crisis one that shows in the pictures. I've only been to the adults and adolescents only.

This place needs real management and ethics. They are working with mental health patients, which means staff, providers, and administrators need to be passionate about it. I understand there is a poor and no good health system in this county, but that does not mean you can treat patients as if they were the ones doing a favor to them. My sister has MDD and is currently treated at this institution; since the beginning, it has been a real mistake; however, due to her insurance, she has had no other choice. I called to ask for a prescription for my sister because she has been out of it for days now, and as a physician, I know to discuss that she can't be out of that medication because of how these medications work. The patient has been feeling depressed and is relapsing to a major depressive episode. The staff answering the phone, the best answer was, "I don't understand why the patient can't call if she is an adult." They have the worst management and work ethics, especially if you want your mental health to be taken care of. I'm definitely changing my sister to another clinic, and for future and current patients, my advice is to ask for better services in the county; you need to demand, that is your right, and if you have another choice for mental health, please don't establish with them. Also, for the staff, if you don't like working for the service to people, please go work somewhere else, your neglection is reflected on patients health and you could be in serious legal problems if something happens to them.

Went to this place for awhile but ended up quitting in 2017. The staff is rude and incompetent. They constantly change the rules or change details about events at the last minute then blame patients for not magically knowing about the changes somehow. The secretaries for the psychiatrists keep messing up appointments. Causing them to be delayed or cancelled, causing me to show up for no reason and arguing with me and wasting my time. The psychiatrist I trusted left and then they gave me two bad ones in a row. The first actually tried to get me to go back into the program where one of the top people there kept being abusive towards me. The other got my patient files mixed up and wouldn't listen to me when I explained that to him. I quit the whole place and fired both doctors.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister suffers from severe mental illness and developmental delay; we’ve contacted behavioral health several times and never get anywhere. My sister is a danger to herself and others. Regardless of ECPD putting her on a 72 hour hold behavior health always seems to say, “she doesn’t meet the criteria”. She’s stated multiple times that she is going to hurt herself and my parents; and still nothing. My family and I feel like ping pong balls being bounced around with different information from different agencies. We feel helpless, stressed, and even fearful for her safety (and safety of others).

If I could give it zero stars I would. I can guarantee you the 5 star ratings are employees writing fake reviews. This place is an embarrassment to mental health facilities everywhere. Staff is cold, unfriendly. Nobody cares about you or what your going through. Just a terrible experience throughout, I feel worse after visiting.

It's simply a racquet. And they should be brought up on RICO charges. They don't care if you live or die as long as they can charge your insurance.
