I had nothing but a pleasant experience having this test. Very professional caring people there. Was very organized and it moved right along to get the test done.
When it was time to go back to the room. They had that all set up and ready to go (when the test was done) to head back to the room

I went in for an outpatient procedure. I was watched over by a three-person team both before and after the procedure. As a mom I hope that my own kids get this kind of care and treatment if they ever need a hospital. Thanks to Nicole and Ron who were on my team. Felt as comforting as if my own mom and dad were watching over me. Respectful and caring. on a scale of 1 to 5... I give the care team a 100. Thanks for everything.

One nurse kept saying "This doesn't seem like a medical situation" even though I accidentally gassed myself with a mix of bleach and ammonia. I got lucky that the gas wasn't severe enough to do damage because all they did was an ekg and put me and a room for hours before my friend walked out and questioned where the doctor or nurse was with a chest xray since I was too delirious to speak for myself. On top of the fact that 4 different people came in to ask what I did and how I did it because it was "unbelievable"

My experience was top notch,from the ER to my room. Everyone is very attentive and caring. Anytime I needed something they were right there. I don't plan on going back anytime soon,but if I have to be hospitalized I will definitely go back!

My friend who has lung cancer, we went to the hospital because she had blood in her stool. Her doctor told her to go to the hospital right away. Well, there were a lot of people at the hospital and I understand they need to treat the people that are most serious first However they needed to know that my friend has lung cancer and she was also nauseated and felt dizzy so we were at the hospital at 10:30 in the morning and she did not get seen until almost 9 o’clock. That was absolutely ridiculous. They didn’t see her because she only had blood in her stool! Plus, we told them numerous times that she has lung cancer, which did not make any difference with their priorities. I consider a lung cancer, a big priority however they did not even consider that diagnosis along with the blood in the stool!!! Terrible terrible service for someone that’s going through so much already!!

I understand it's an emergency room and there are wait times depending on emergency situations going on at the back but the people at the front could do more for the people waiting. Like giving expected wait times. If you say you will look for a pillow for me then actually do it or don't lie to me about it. Given the amount of people who come in with abdominal pain better seating would be nice. Have you ever tried to sit in those unconformable chairs when you think you have appendicitis? Also, some kind of acknowledgment when you get in a room. I was in the room for an hour and 40 before my husband finally went out and asked if anyone was going to see me. Just a quick I know your here we are dealing with a couple of traumas and we will get to you soon not just ignoring me. My nurse and the PA were both very nice. I don't think it's the people I think the system could use some looking at.
