Met with Dr DeRoche today.. All good. She always makes me feel good when I see her. Very good practice to be a part of. Getting old kind of sucks but IMA and Dr DeRoche are taking good care of me.

I'm 61 and seen a lot of Drs and medical groups, Dr Miguelina Diroche and staff very good and Miriam at desk very kind and helpful.
5 stars or better.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this doctors office!! Not once in 2 years have prescription refills been correct and they are the same every month. Either the wrong dosage, wrong pharmacy or just sent. For 2 weeks now after multiple calls and even going into the office 2 times I still do not have a prescription sent to the correct pharmacy. They keep saying they are doing it and don’t. I get 9 mg of a medicine I have bee taking for years and they sent for 50mg. , I could have been in very bad condition if I had not read the bottle first. No way would I recommend this doctor or nursing staff!!

If I could give Dr. Zumilvette Ortiz at IMA Medical Clinic of Clermont zero stars, I would. I was appalled by her behavior during a follow-up appointment for my parent. Her bedside manner was terrible. She arrived late without any apology or greeting when she finally entered the room. She spoke down to my parent, treating them as if they were incompetent, and maintained a consistently negative and unprofessional attitude. At one point, she asked, "Do you have any more complaints?" which seemed like an attempt at humor but was completely inappropriate. Additionally, she failed to place the two prescriptions she recommended. My parent will not be returning to her. She's definitely not the right fit.
