Horrible, left me outside after the clinic had closed for almost an hour and I'm disabled. No where to sit also it happened to be raining and I had an infection. I called multiple times and they said it was normal to wait that long. Veyo never did that to me. Come back veyo we all miss you. They said 45 minutes to an hour and it was an hour and twenty minutes. They are supposed to call a Lyft for you if it has been over an hour but they kept saying five more minutes five more minutes. Creeps , the cars are all dirty from this company too, sticky door handles and the ceiling had soda all over it . It really felt just gross the whole experience was gross. I worry about the other disabled people using this company. I got sick exactly three days after taking a ride with them and I don't go anywhere else. It could have been the clinic but I used hand sanitizer. I think I got something from my clothing personally but I will never know.

Thank the good lord for Shawna!!! She is an amazing driver and is always ON TIME! The company isnt my favorite by any means, however with shawna on their team now i am very pleased! I group you need to listen to that lady she's going above and beyond to make sure that your customers make it to their appointments on time! Cleaning up the mess of who ever is in charge of sending the drivers out on their pick ups!

Not hospital transportation. No wheelchairs available. Did not return call. 2 stars generous but truly did not use complete service. No return call was the result of the poor rating. Room for improvement.
