Dr Joseph is amazing! Front staff is great as well. Unfortunately the gentleman doing the CT, Eric, is not. Not sure if it's incompetence or just straight out arrogance. Went to go get my CTA done and he attempted 3 times to start an IV on me WITH NO GLOVES. and then when I asked if it's normal practice for him to do so he responded with "depending on the patients history" ....what about your own history sir? When he couldn't get it the third time I said we were done bc I couldn't stand being used as a pin cushion. When I said to stop he kept fishing to try and make the iv work and that's a big no for me. When I asked for a bandaid bc I was bleeding i got a "sure if you need one." I just hope I don't get an infection from his dirty work and only because there was no hand hygiene done. It's been a few hours and my arm is still in pain and having nerve pain.

My first visit was today and the front desk staff was excellent. Very efficient. The nurse that took my new patient info was so nice and very thorough. I saw Dr. Joseph and his assistant and they both very nice. Good listeners and did not dismiss me. They took their time explaining everything and letting me ask questions until I was satisfied. I was impressed. Thank you to the entire office.

I want to share that PCP, Dr Laura Shea, is the best primary care doctor. She truly cares about her patients and will go above and beyond to facilitate care that is needed. My husband was recently hospitalized with critically low hemoglobin. After DC from the hospital, he needed to be monitored closely. Dr Shea ensured he was seen by his hematologist the very next day after I sent a request for help in the patient portal the evening before! Her office staff are so friendly and responsive and also truly care about the well-being of their patients. Our hearts 💕 are full of gratitude.

At least they were open when they said they would be. I scheduled, 6 months ago for a follow up with the specialist and/or APRN). My appointment is today was for 11:40 a.m. I was told at 11:48, it could be a 30 wait. It is now 12:13 p.m. I explained that I have another medical. appt schedled for
1:10 p.m. and I
was told that that I should reschedule my appt. Seriously!! How about the office not overbooking.

I want to say that the front office staff were exceptional in dealing with the lack of appropriate flow of patient care by providers.

Change your appt booking policy Idicula Medical Associates owners/operations staff!!

Well, I was going to switch over to this office to follow Dr Shea, as I just love her as a doctor. However, after the receptionist cutting me off when I was trying to talk and also in a huge hurry to get me off the phone, without explaining how I get the new patient form just threw me off.
I still didn't get the email, most likely because I was annoying her life so much having to have her do her job, that she must have wrote my email down incorrectly. Nailed it!!
Also, I find it ridiculous that you have to print off the new patient form and drive (for me) 30 minutes to take it in, just to schedule an appointment. We are in 2023, this office needs to get with the times. This could be all done online or simply bring it in at your appointment, rather than a one hour round trip to make an appointment lol
Office staff play a huge factor in a business, more so at a doctors office where people aren't feeling well. If you are lacking in customer service, you will 100% lose business. Just like you did today!

I love the staff and the Doctors and their doctors assistants at IDICULA MEDICAL ASSOCIATION MD PA. I LOVE MY HEART ❤ DOCTOR Dr. Georges Joseph MD CARDIOLOGIST. HIS STAFF ARE SO GOOD TO ME AND NEVER GAVE ME A PROBLEM. I'll give 5 stars all day long. I wouldn't trade my heart Dr. For nothing in the world. Thank you all for your caring for me. I tremendously appreciate Dr. Laura shea.
She is amazing and so is the stuff I call with urgency with justified urgency and they are able to fit me right in.
Also when my dad needed help the most they were able to get him in as soon as possible. I appreciate the office staff and Dr. Laura Shea for all their hard work.
