NP Moody is PHENOMENAL! However the nursing staff SUCKS. They lie and tell you that they put prior authorization in to your insurance when they never had in the first place. I’ve been lied to several times and avoided; being told I have to wait until insurance approves. I’ve been waiting 3 months However after speaking to my insurance today I found they never even submitted the prior authorization. So my insurance and I called together. Not only was the nurse crappy with both myself and my caseworker but she got caught in the lies & as I said the treatment medication was NEVER submitted and I was being treated like a pest over a 3 month period. I hate giving only 1 star because as I said Dr Moody WAS PHENOMENAL! But get a new staff PLEASE! One that will treat patients with kindness and care like human beings. I’m going elsewhere for treatment at this point. So disappointed

This is an amazing office with great staff. Dr. Isaac takes her time with you and explains things until you understand them and is very kind. Her nurse, Nicki is amazing and kind as well. My first appointment was a squeeze in and I didn't have to wait long at all and all subsequent appointments ran right on time if not earlier. I made a 45 min drive to come to this office at the referral of another Dr, and it was worth it to have this level of care and service.

Sadly, if there were an option for zero stars, I would have selected. This office is questionable, at best. My husband was in an accident and during his time at Halifax, he contracted several infections. He was sent home with IV antibiotics. They said they called my cell phone to make appointment for follow up in December, however, no record of this call and NO voicemail left. No compassion, no help. He has only a week and half left out of a 6 week regiment and THEY REFUSED to let the pharmacy release the last of the bags. Their advice was to go to the emergency room and have them hook him up to the IV's. Avoid this office at all costs!

I can’t say anything in regards Dr. Reba since I never got the opportunity to be treated by her as much as I wanted to. I was not given the proper service from his staff. I was referred to her from a different doctor. All my paper work was sent to Dr. Reba’s office with a note to get the soonest appointment available with the Doctor. I have a condition that is taking a toll on me and I have been going from doctor to doctor for help. When I finally got the appointment, I wasn’t told that my appointment wasn’t going to be with the doctor but with the nurse practitioner. I have no doubt that she can be a great nurse practitioner, but I need a DOCTOR. I wasn’t given the choice to decide whether to take the appointment with the NP or just wait for the doctor at any time. When I received the confirmation call for the appointment I realized it was with the nurse practitioner and not with the doctor. I obviously got upset for the lack of communication and asked to have the soonest appointment with Dr. Reba. My appointment got postponed for another month. I called back to talk to the office manager to ask for consideration due to the lack of communication. When she got on the phone, she was beyond unprofessional telling me that since I was upset and demanding she didn’t feel like helping me. I told her that if she was the Office Manager she must know how to deal with upset patients and help them anyway. Her response to me was that she wasn’t going to take my attitude and she cancelled my appointment completely. This is by far the worst service I’ve received from a doctors office ever.

My mother saw Dr. Isaac recently and was really impressed. Dr. Isaac answered all her questions, took as much time as was needed and came up with a doable plan for diagnosing and treating her problem. Our whole family is grateful.
