Great environment. Coaches are very professional and very knowledgeable. They've helped me a lot during my learning process. Also, they all have different yoga styles and different rhythms which I think is really cool. Therefore, I definitely recommend I Am Wellness Studio.

Amo I Am Wellness. Sus clases de yoga me ayudan muchísimo a manejar el estrés del día a día, y están súper enfocados en el bienestar integral. Además, tienen meditación, soundbaths y otros eventos como por ejemplo ofrecen clases para apoyar organizaciones no lucrativas. Las instructoras son súper preparadas y el ambiente es buenísimo. Es lo que Yuma necesitaba para todas las personas de habla hispana. 100% recomendado.
