Went in for B12 shots. Advised to get injections too often. Next lab appointment my B12 was staggeringly high. My primary and oncologist were shocked at levels.
Great place, people very nice, but DO NOT start injections without advice if a doctor or at the least have labs done to see where you are at prior to planning your injections.

I have been a sufferer of long covid and hemiplegic migraines for years now. The emergency room is absolutely dreadful to go to. I get told “it’s just anxiety, drug seeking etc…” This hydration med spa is a game changer! I woke up with a migraine and was able to walk in and get taken care of immediately. The staff was SO understanding, kind and caring. I cannot say enough how much this clinic has changed my life even my mental health now that I don’t have to deal with the trauma of the emergency room. I highly recommend.

Hydration Happens is amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing and fun! I feel so much better after having one of the many customizable drip. Mollie and her crew love people so well. I can’t say enough about this place! This is the most affordable and best quality hydration service in Chico. You go Mollie!!!

Got the flu Monday, have been unable to work, sleep, eat or drink water for the past 4 days. Googled IV clinics and booked an appt online. Didn’t feel an immediate difference the second it was done, but it’s been about 2 hours and I’m hungry again, ate and kept food down and am feeling way more cognitively capable! Definitely seems to have worked (I chose the “everything” IV bag).

Overall, I’m really happy I found this place. Dr. John and Nurse Julia were both super helpful and informative as well as kind people. I booked another appt for pre-op in July with some modifications based on what Dr John suggested!

I’d definitely recommend adding in a little extra time due to staffing limitations that’s also hitting most businesses.

Excellent services and professional and friendly staff. You are awesome Julie!! I love the atmosphere and most importantly for me, they are open on Sundays. I have to travel over 2 hours for my service and I would not be able to visit Hydration Happens during the week or on Saturdays. Thank you so much for all that you provide for the community.

Hydration Happens is amazing!! I am so happy to have found them. Mollie is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I have been getting the b12 injections with the fat booster and plan to try the IV hydration soon! I highly recommend coming down and checking it out. You won't be disappointed!

I recently visited a local IV shop and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and made sure to address all of my concerns before administering my IV.

If I had to describe the whole experience in a word: "Graceful." Between allergy season, some intense days at work, and heading to the gym, I needed a boost! I had the opportunity to stop in at Hydration Happens, and it was fantastic. The environment, is really nice, super comfortable, and very professional. The IV therapy itself was incredibly effective, leaving me energized and feeling wayyy better.

Admittedly, I'm not a fan of needles, but I was totally put at ease with the peaceful environment and the nurse. Even the little details like the peaceful music, the fountains, and nice decor really calmed me down. Plus, the nurse was super knowledgeable and friendly. She made what looks to be a very complicated process, quite easy and, and felt really top-notch.

So glad Hydration Happens is offering so many services. I'm grateful we can get such top-tier wellness services in downtown Chico!
