Was with them 15 years, and they were likely the best in the city. They almost always went above and beyond. The founding director left during covid, I heard. The new director fired all the long-term employees except for 1. During the 15 years I was with them, they never had security nor the need for 1 or many. Almost immediately after the founder left, they then added a security guard during all open hours to let people in and out. I left a while ago now, so my very legit rage for them is mostly gone. I just happened to he walking past them today, and it appears someone smashed the front door window. And what appears to be a shattered and removed front or back car windshield. If you care about your loved one, you will take them literally anywhere else. They are now big into medical fraud, and who knows what else. Yep....it's really the worst here now, and when I see people still coming here that I knew from years ago, it makes me feel very bad. These people don't realize how badly they are being treated. I don't know for a fact, but I'd bet that shattered car window wasn't a random car, and I'm betting it was a targeted employee. I guess they saw me taking pictures, and their security guard came out, and I asked him what happened. He said, "disgruntled client," but I already assumed that.

~Three month intake process! 🙁
Minimum Steps:
1)Walk in, sign up for intake appointment.
2)Intake 1-on-1 appointment
3)Orientation appointment (Tuesday mornings)
4)long intake appointment-life history, goals
5)limbo group sessions for a month
6)appointment with clinic head
7)first individual therapy appointment.

I feel abandoned. Being pushed from having regular therapy to three months with no therapy without even disclosing it is not OK. I was told I was sent here because I needed more help than the weekly therapy could provide but instead of getting the "wraparound" support I was promised, I'm getting months of almost no support.
