Waited 50 minutes. The lady that came in 30 secs after me was called immediately. I was the only other person. Then 3 or 4 patients came and were called in order however I sat there finally went to front desk & was told by a bit of a snarky lady that they had other tests. Okay!!! I was going to leave 50 min later and went back up saying I had to go. Instantly they saw I had not been called, called back area & what do you know.. it was my turn. They overlooked me, no apology & no sense of order. Horrible treatment and service.

The office was nice, although the technician I felt a bit rough. She could have been a bit more gentle. But she was very thorough with my ultrasound. I appreciated that.

The check in process was quick and easy. I was early for my appointment and they took me in early than my scheduled time. The technicians was gentle, quick and they even helped me on with the sling I was wearing on my arm. Then the results came back the following day. It was all a great experience.

Everyone was great, other than one female technician asking me if having my son was work it given the damage the hormones caused my wrists. Then when I didn’t immediately answer because I was shocked she had just asked me that question, she started laughing and telling everyone that I didn’t think my son was worth it. I was furious.

I was especially pleased with the welcoming and professional bedside manner of the Technician. I was very nervous about the appointment however he made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to explain the process in detail to me so for this I am truly grateful. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

I love this place! Everyone is very kind and helpful! I had an insurance referral mishap which threw me into a panic in which I started crying- the young lady behind the counter immediately sprang into action and got me a same day appt at the Glendora location! So thankful!

Also, this place gets you in and out asap!!

The staff at check in and the X-ray tech that took the X-rays were very nice and professional. It was a quick check in, short wait and the X-rays were done very fast. I never felt rushed or unwelcomed. Thank you for a great experience!
