They can get busy, but it was easy to make an appointment on their website. Everyone has been great helping me with my Primary care needs. I saw Roshani Levister PA. She helped me with my medication, and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed. I felt like I was in good hands.

I’ve been going to this facility for over 15 years. Doctor Toochinda is a great doctor. However, the office management is out of control!!!! After they called me to schedule a doctor’s appointment for several days, I scheduled appointment on Monday Dec. 2 at 1:29pm to see Doctor Toochinda on December 6 at 1:45pm. After driving for 45 minutes to my appointment, I was told that no appointment was ever scheduled by receptionist. Who in Gods name drives for 45 minutes if they didn’t have an appointment. No apologies, turned away and just told to reschedule. If you value your time, stay away from this office!!!!!

During my check in process while I was registering to be seen by a provider, they say they performed an annual depression screening WHILE I REGISTERED. Then billed me $20 for this "service" When did I give up my rights to informed consent. I told them I never consented to this screening nor would I have because I was there for a chest xray due to covid not an annual depression screening. I want the $20 taken off my bill and they refuse. I will never go back here. WATCH your bills THEY ARE PADDING THEIR BILLS - Imagine if they do this to 20 people a day... That is an extra annual income to them of over 100K. SHADY SHADY SHADY and WHEN did I ever give up my right to informed consent. I certainly never consented for them to addthis shady charge to my bill.

Their billing is a scam I went in to fill out fmla paperwork and they charged me over $200 for a behavior assessment and to blood pressure. SCAM of an office. The doctor is great so it's unfortunate. This is the second time they tried charging me for something that never happened

Today I established care with this practice and everyone was polite, professional and friendly. I say the PA Kristen, and she was great. She met all my needs and recommended some screening test for my age. Wasn't pushy at all. Very sweet. Overall o have to say 👏 💐

After sending a message via portal. They got back to me within 24hrs and had the issue resolved. I'll up the stars since the issue was fixed 🌟

Went for an annual checkup on February and was charged for both annual checkup and office visit. I've called office and left vm to remove the Office visit as that is incorrect. We only talked normal annual checkup. No phone call was received from practice/billing. But they did send a text reminder to pay!!! Talked to aetna and they even tried calling 3 times and no response. So I'm going to have to physically go in person to get that charge removed? Why was i incorrectly charged? The prior year, which the same plan, it was charged correctly.
